Refund Policy

GH8 Ltd t/a WEE PLAYHOUSE receives payments from parents/carers and third parties for the following:

  • Use of Play area
  • Children Parties
  • Kids Rides
  • Food and Drinks

All fees are payable in advance of the service being provided.  It is therefore on rare occasions that we need to provide a refund to our parents.  If a refund is necessary, please see our refund policy stated below.

Refund policy

Any overpayments by parents or users will be refunded back to their bank card which was used to make payment. Refunds can take upto 7 days to be processed ( Can be longer depends on service provider )
